Zooming

For some reason I cannot zoom out. My game is on FULL zoom in, so I can't see anything. I checked to see if zooming out was on the mouse wheel and it is. What else is odd is that on this sight when I scroll down it scrolls up and when I scroll up it scrolls down. I checked to see if the game had it inversed as well and it doesn't, nothing works. I also know that it is the closest in because I orgionally played it at my friend's house (I got him to install it because I couldn't at the time but still really wanted to play). My mouse wheel works on EVERYTHING else, so it isn't my mouse. Thanks,


EDIT- Wooh, the website scroll thing is the same on another site so it is my mouse I guess.
