Does it give you an error after you type in your SPARKID and PASSWORD saying
something like "your sparkid or password is incorrect"?
If so try restarting your computer and wait for a bit (5-10mins)
then try it again, if you still can't get it to work report this to CSR right away.

I'm sort of wondering why I would shell out cash for items in a game when I don't even know when/if the game will go beyond level 25. I should have gone to bed like I originally planned.
