Beginning troubles

Not sure if it's a bug but when i try logging in with my character the screen turns black. It won't let me play the game.

horrible ain't it? i did the instalation correctly... otherwise it wouldn't work at all. and i don think my firewall is blocking it... w8... the firewall! i'll check that!

The Black Screen is a graphic issue. There are solutions in the trouble shooting forum. Here's the usual solution that works pretty well... supposively.
