Does the Assassin class do high damage in later levels?

Lol, Im A Lvl 74 sin -Lu11aby And well they suck for pve(player vs enviroment) me and my friend Maxmc who is also a sin mostly solo fight monsters or lure the mobs for the eles/summoners in our party basic damage on cave monsters is about 250-310 whereas ele's do about 900+ with spells and berserkers about 400+ strong attack 650+ aoe skills. So In my opinion Sin is the hardest to lvl due to weak aoes and low damage but I also find it to be the most fun in pvp :D so its worth it lol.
