Since everyone is saying how its abused now here's proof that its actually a feature and not a bug or anything. Like Kronos said the mentor exp stops when the student/menti hits 2nd job change. I agree with everyone that you do get a lot of exp for mentoring people, but if we don't get that much exp for mentoring people who would want to do it?

Technically it's about 1/100 of the way there. It doesn't even take 2 million exp to hit 30 :P

Being able to hit 40 or somewhere near there has been a huge amount of help given to anyone out there already. Considering the fact that you get 1exp when solo from 33 onwards.

Well, if it stops at 30, i think it's kinda balanced, since you need so much xp 50+ it probably wouldnt be worth it without quite a bit.

People who don't want to be talked to, get talked too. Outspark likes to fool around with players. It makes my brother mad. I love it. His friend gets mad too. He calls constantly, answering "DUDDE, DUDE, DUDE, DUDE!!! THERES A PATCH!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD AMAKUSA@@@@@" its funny when he calls..and he can't get on until 8, so he can only spend 2 hours on the computer. So he calls saying "IS AMAKUSA UP YET? AMAKUSA?" (He pronounces it so funny) Am Uh Kuz Uh when I pronounce it

Actually GMs dont talk to popular people only they talk to everyone you just got to be there and talk with them when they are not afk. I get ignored all the time by GMs.

Anyway, I guess this is good news. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate you or Light or anyone else at all, but it gets annoying when everytime I try to get a menti they're like "no i have one" and when I ask who it's you or Light =/ But hey, I have bad luck anyway :P

So when we get our second job change we don't get the 20% anymore from mentors? I'm just wondering because I have a level 28 and I never had a mentor on him. So if the 20% goes away for everyone I won't have to worry about making my alt character my main.
