Simply put, this is a non-warring type guild for those who just like to chat about anime, Fiesta, music, whatever. Lvl is not really a concern, but you must active. Not 12 hours a day active, but enough to keep up with everything.

I'm really looking to build a guild that has a friendly, talkative atmosphere like my the 1st guild I ever joined.

Please put your IGN down below if you are interested.

Not really.........good academy's and renowned members are what made guilds like NoMercy and ANK so well known, people from different servers knew more about them then some of their own guilds.

Well at least the guild is named after the anime series Gintama >.> there's something positive. xD

Gin-Chan = main character, Yorozuya is a mispelling of the japanese word for 'jack of all trades' :3 I ish smart

Yeah, but that sort of stuff does not interest me. The first couple of guilds I was in were more about community rather than all that stuff. There was a lot of chatting and helping others out. The guild i'm in now is dull and boring.

Yeah but the problem is alot of other people had the same idea with making anime-like guild names. And honestly people are more attracted to things they don't know everything about.

For example, a now dead but still existing guild that I used to be an admin in: TotusProUnus (French: all for one)

The name is unique, has a meaning not related to out of game stuff that you may or may not see all the time. And it leaves you free from being labelled as a anim e freak/nerd which surprisingly avoiding stereotypes affects the mass majority of people out there. And during the 79 cap was one of the games most powerful guilds. Of course the leadership and majority of the players are no longer playing fiesta now.

The name of a guild has just as much effect on who and how many joins as does the people in the guild. That first impression is everything to many people.

Hmmm...I can see your point.

In other words if you used just Yorozuya... that'd look like a fantastic tag. The meaning behind it is something that can be shared with guildmates and beloved.

Once again to my example. TotusProUnus... is the mutation of the three muskateers. The guild was started by three people. Zegaii (me), Mallune, Curlybrace. We went on the concept of us being three. The three muskateers being a french legend/myth so we translated their catch phrase 'All for one, one for all' into french. There is a pretty profound and strong felt meaning found in all of bijous larger guilds. Do enough research and it's actually kinda fun to learn. I've enjoyed my studies of bijou's *culture*.

I wish you the best on your guilds future ^^. Pride in name should always match pride in members. Just remember not to get down when things are inactive. Always start from a base. Like since you're just starting the obvious 4x recruiting lvl would work out nicely. 90% of all people that join will probably leave. It's that 10% that give you something to build on. Some of those 10% may quite or move on but if that keeps compounding... a guild shall arise. The toughest thing to do is get a guild to succeed. I've built 3 guilds that all were very active and strong in themselves while they existed. Of course i'm not the leadership type so finding my own comfort zone is important as well. Don't let the number of your members ever scare you, with perseverence you'll learn what needs to be done. If you can handle losing 10-20 people in a matter of 24 hours and still be able to bring more in you'll do fine. Just keep an eye out for war hounds and trouble makers... most players play to converse or have fun. If the majority are war hounds it's fine, but you'll lose everyone else if they get you in to deep with higher up guilds.

I noticed it's hard to recruit these days. Perhaps you can try setting up an academy, if you have not already.

I wish you luck in recruiting :D
