i have just started to play the game so i hope someone can help me i got a message from a gaurd for the manager of the hotel so could someone tell me how to give it to him

1) Click on hotel manager.
2) Click on quest list.
3) Click on what should be the first quest listed.
4) Click on quest info.
Some other non player char have quests in the same way.
It took a while for me to get used to it being set up this way
but somehow this is better since you no longer have to do all the quests
or do them in order, although most quests have a level or class requirement.
