I thought the forums and game shared accounts. If it was hacked wouldn't you be unable to get on the forums as well? Unless they don't share and I am insane... which could be true. I honestly don't remember...
But I think you are just mistyping your account name and/or password. Remember to turn caps lock off.

The game and the forums do share the accounts as far as I know, yes.

*mumbling* I have never ever seen someone really being hacked in like 10 years of MMORPGing. Either someone is failing to type his password OOOOR he was scammed... whis is his own fault - in both cases..
