from what i see, you can reset as much as you want.
it IS closed beta after all~ it definitely won't be there in open beta.

As much as i see only when you gain a new proffesion, the Skill Master doesn't re-stat em , atleast for Xin's

they skill master reqires you to be level 20 before reset, thats most likely why Xin's cant reset (unless they get reset from job masters)
