What lvls?

I am a Neo now but want to change to Scout & then I guess Archer.Could someone tell me at what lvls I can change to these?I'm lvl 34 now and don't know if the lvl 45 skills I noticed on this forum mean I can't change till lvl 45 or whether I can change sooner.Please let me know so I'll be ready when I can change.Ty:)

lvl 45 is the min lvl to change to scout

you cant change to scout if you were under level 45 <.<

and u cant change to archer if you were under level 80
