Zoning between Sand Beach & Forest of Tides, & Vice-Versa.

The last mornings between 4am - 8am, I am unable to zone between Sand Beach and Forest of Tides and back again. Yesterday I waited 10min while trying to zone to Forest of Tides from Sand Beach and no go. So I restarted computer and tried again, same thing happened, so I restarted computer again and ran all the way to Forest of Tides and tried to zone to Sand Beach, same thing happened. I tried 2 more times and no go.

This morning, I am having the same issue, I just let me comptuer sit for 20min trying to zone to Forest of Tides from Sand Beach.

Any thoughts?
