Where to buy level 20+ skills?

I see people on forums talk about skills for level 20 and above but I cannot find anywhere on the forums where to obtain these skills. Things like cleric's invincible and hammer mastery. I cannot find an npc in Elderine, and Roumen only sells the basic things.

Someone please help?

Well, at least in Elderine you find archer's skills.. guess that the other NPCs there are for that good as well..

Thanks! I didn't notice that the four masters were shops! Only thought they were quests :P

yes there 4 masters for classes an quests, i think your a cleric if so Dont, buy a L20 weapon you get one for your L20 quest from the guy buy the lake, and the shadow key is off any randm by him, and i hear Cure is ehh, and i looked at the player shops and got my armor cheaper than vender
