Getting to really REALLY annoy me now.

This is under Known Problems as Resolved but since the last update patch both myself and my real life girlfriend can not access our guild storage AGAIN!!

I'm not even talking about when the servers are on High as I live in the UK and often go online when the servers are LOW!!!

I had about 2 weeks where I could access guild storage wiithout a problem and now, since the last patch, it's back to "too many people currently in guild storage please try later!!".

We're on seperate computers and in different guilds and both have the same problem.

*** is going on?? Please get the programmers to repair it again as I need to get to the gear stored in there.

Epith server btw.

why every single time I try to use guild storage it tells me that the storage is busy and to come back? I have had this guild for weeks and still cant use storage. If someone has the time please tell me the secret^^

i have this problem too... mine is a small guild started about 1-2weeks ago and both a member and I tried to use the storage to get the "too many guild storage users" message... i havent been able to access it at all and at one point or another some1 will wanna use it... heck, i cant even put up rewards even if i WANTED too... cant this b fixed.. preferably soon?

C'mon Outspark!

I know someone that reported this back to the CSR's directly and got a moody email telling them the bug was fixed and to tel anyone else in their guild to get out of storage and they're be fine.

THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE ONLINE

We don't just post bugs for the fun of it, we're not all 10 year old kids with too much time on their hands!! (No offence meant to 10 year old kids!) but sommetimes adults report problems too!!!

Amazing - the server was on Medium last night and I actually managed to access guild storage!!!

weird, i can access my guild storage on both my chars. But come to think of it ive been in uruga. So id have to check roumen and eldy to say for sure i dont have a problem i guess.

Yep that's what i was gonna say i was figuring it had to do with some sort of a bug lol.. Uruga Guild Storage always works for me and others i know but no other Guild Storages appear to work therefore making the storage options in those towns pointless. :x

Btw, fyi about 95% to 99% of the time now the servers are never Low.. :/

Nonetheless I also believe you're correct about the Guild Storage bugs

I am the only person in my guild >.> and I get that message sometimes.

I dont mean only person online, I mean only person period in that guild.

ME TOO i did not pay 300s to get the message "now, there are too many people using guild storage. Please try again!!!!!" well guess what i dont want to have to TRY AGAIN!! i paid the money for the guild i should be able to use it am i right? cause i think i am!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I tried Roumen, Eldy and Uruga this whole weekend when servers were on High and Medium and I'm back to getting the same message.

This is ridiculous.

I'm skint having just bought a new axe for my level 49 fighter so I'll have to spend time getting him to 50 before I can buy new skills for my Paladin.

My own fault for buying +9s but annoying when I have T2 & T3 Elrue/Lix/Xir sitting in storage I can't get at to either sell or enhance my own weps!!!

Allow me to explain how this system works. The guild storage is shared by all character on the entire server. It is the total population that decides whether or not you can access, not just your guild or the map you are on. The storage locations are Uruga, Elderine and Roumen. There are several maps tied to each of these towns. If you can not access the storage, it is because there are too many people in that area. I can forward your complaint to OnsOn to see if they can increase the limits on the storage access, but there is no bug involved with this system. Thank you for your feedback on this issue.

I've even had friends standing by Guild storage in Uruga and Roumen on party chat and NO ONE has been anywhere near the Guildmaster at the time I tried to go in!!!

So the limit is 1 person at a time is it!!!!????

O.o Why is there a limit to how many guilds can use the guild storage system? Like i made a guild right...then i went to check out stuff and when i clicked on guild storage, a notice comes up and tells me that too many guilds are using the guild storage right now..why is there even a limit to how many guilds can use the guild storage??

This morning the servers were on LOW at 8.30 GMT so I had a guildee in Roumen and Uruga checking no one else was NEAR guild storage and I tried to access in Eldy.

SAME DAMN MESSAGE!!!

OK, this could be interesting.

How high are your guild numbers you are having problems with?

Just curious as another converation I'm having about this has made me think.

Spartan just said to me that he can get into his main characters guild but not his Alt's. Made me think that if I try and get into Legendary's storage I can access virtually everytime to deposit stuff but that's one of the oldest guilds on Epith where as my own guild is in the region of 700's in it's guild number.

What number do the guilds have that you are having trouble with? Be interesting to see if there is a cut off point where over number, for example, 400 we all have problems but under is no trouble.

If we can identify a pattern I can add it to my complaint note!

I have the same guild buffer issue. I can access the guild storage freely, but my hubby, who is in a different guild couldn't. We took turn accessing the guild storage, and every time, mine would work, but his wouldn't. So far, the only solution to this problem was that we waited for the Teva server's pop to be Medium or Low, or we warp to Uruga to use teh guild storage there.

I hate this bug so frickin' much. -___-
I made 2 guilds almost a year ago for my personal use [woooo extra storage!!! Or so I thought], put all sorts of things I needed in there, but didn't use daily... Now I haven't been able to access the frickin' storage in over 3 months 'cause of this damned bug. Low and behold, now I need the items I put in there.

Roumen - too many people. Elderine - too many people. Uruga [when I don't have quests from manager] - too many people.
How the hell can there be too many people when my character is the ONLY one in the damned guild? How can there be too many people when I am the ONLY one even remotely near the guild manager?? These 2 guilds of mine are far from being classed as a newer guild, so following that, I shouldn't be having these frickin' problems. -.-

My guild number is 1919 and I'm the only one in it. It, too, is an alt's guild. Could it have something to do with the LACK of members? They'll service the more active guilds before they take care of us 'little guys'?

Tested that theory too but no, it appears not. There was no difference between having 1 or 200 members.

Although I must say that when the server was on Medium last night (GMT so mid afternoon US time) I couldn't get into Guild storage in Roumen or Elderine even tho they had no one even near guild storage and so took my level 49 fighter for his first trip to Uruga armed with a nice Paladin buff, T3 def and Vit scrolls and stones at the ready.

Nearly died due to lag getting between CP & SEG but rode out the King Coll and Ogre attacks easily enough and got to Uruga and WHAMO!! Into guild storage 1st time no agro.

So rereading the OS CSR email it appears it has nothing to do with people ACCESSING guild storage in an area but more the number of people that could POTENTIALLY access it on that area's map. Which does seem rather bizarre.

Worked out well in another way too. Thought I'd give Orc Hunters and King Mushies a try seeing I was already scrolled up and found them FAR easier than I'd anticipated (only spent time attacking them on my Paladin before) so ended up helping random people with their Mushie Spores repeats and got 45% closer to level 50 without dying once.

Win-Win!!

Yay, I got into my storage in Roumen after last Tuesday. I tried both at Low pop levels and High pop levels. Worked both times. Woo hoo! Finally! :D Thanks, Outspark, hope we can keep it working this time. ;)

i have this problem right now,just started new guild and cannot access my storageand
there was noone at the storage in roumen or in eldy.this is a bunch of bull****.none of
my characters can access thier respective guild storages. i find it hard to believe there are that many ppl. in uruga using the storage when no one is at them in roumen or eldy.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if Outspark would help (they dun give a d@mn about us) their players (I mean customers)!
Kinda sux, u pay 300 silver just to lose all the stuff u put in the guild storage (there's not even a warning that u MAY not be able to access ur stuff).
Question: How come there are ppl who can use it just? What is the reason we can't? Why WE can't use it?

I'd kindly like to remind you all, that the CSR's and the Administrators are working diligently to fix your problems. Annoying as they are, patches have flaws, and bugs will always exist. From what you're all saying it sounds more like a server side issue then a Client side issue, so fixing it yourself doesn't sound like an option. What's more then likely going to happen is yet another patch, or perhaps just another quick downtime, so they can inject another line of coding or two into the framework, so it can be fixed. Millions of posts badgering them is only going to take away from their time fixing the issue, and stress them even more...

Best you can do, is make a screen shot, detail what happens to the best of your ability, if you have any experience with De-Bugging or Java Coding, try to identify where the glitch occurs in the Script, and point it to them, so it'll be easier to fix. If not, kindly be patient while they fix it. Errors happen, it's natural in game Development.:p

Idk if it matters, but my guild storage issue was fixed after I'd given my guild name, my gm name, my guild number, and my server. I also don't know if it'll come back at a later point in time. I haven't been on since yesterday's patch, so idk if I can still get in it. Just thought I'd suggest that you add the info to help them maybe find the problem.

Is a GM or anyone from outspark/ fiesta going to fix this???!!! I tried for 3 hours to get into guild storage today!! Three hours!!! wasted time...wasting cash shop items...wasting other people's time. I mean nobody was at the guild storage at any city I went to (and I went to them all!!) and each time it said "too many users try again later." SERIOUSLY, WHAT IS UP? Why even have guild storage?! (and I have three guilds I manage, and can't because of this bug). Fix it NOW!!! or I will sue you all for lost time and money...and I spend quite a bit of both on this god forsaken game! D=

having this problem too on one of my characters. My main can access her guild storage perfectly. No "too many guild storage user" notices at all. However on one of my other characters in the same server, no matter when i log into my account to open guild storage i always get the same notice! I tried opening in eldie, in roumen, in uru. Tried it when popu was low, and also tried it by being the only guild master out of my four characters in this server, but all of it failed! >__< This problem is getting really annoying. I've actually been having this problem since last december i believe. It never got better, or if it has i never noticed cuz i just kept getting the same errors 90% of the time. Now its 100% >__<

Is there no known solutions to this problem?

Seems to work in uruga ALL the time but no other town, But just today, On my cleric alt, It didn't. So I guess I'll wait, Isn't extremely urgent but It's kinda a storage guild.. I need things.. I'd like outspark to make this a priority Lots of people are at an inconvenience.

I suppose from someone whose character is named "NecroSphereus" necroing threads would be expected.

It is not a bug or glitch. It's an issue of capacity. There are too many users means just that. Any time a player in an academy levels, a guild member deposits in guild storage, or a guild manager just wants to eyeball his junk in guild storage, that's someone accessing guild storage.

The reason Roumen and Eld are so hard to access the storage is because the maps tied to the towns have so many players leveling in academies.
