it also absorbs more physical damage.... that's the difference. i *thought* i remembered back when i actually played my cleric (nov 2007-feb 2008) that the invincible recipe used to tell you how much damage it absorbed... maybe i'm imagining it.
u'll find that at later levels, the amount of physical damage absorbed by Invinc will negate the duration.

You didn't imagine it Fatal.
The game used to tell us how much damage each level of invinicible would absorb.
i.e.
Invinc[1] = 2579 dmg
Invinc[2] = 3842 dmg
Invinc[3] = 5530 dmg
And so on and so forth.
The game is still designed like that, but for some reason, the text which tells you how much dmg each invinc absorbs has been taken out (within the past 3 months). I don't understand why.
Simply put, each level of invincible is stronger than the last.

The phrase "invincible" is miss leading. As others have mentioned it's purely Damage Absorbtion which is stated somewhere.
Don't worry Jump - you're not the only one that has been confused by this. I was too.

The invincible T2 skill is not the same as the T1 skill. To put it simply, It absorbs more damage.
