Are you tired of people bashing OS's Customer Service?
Do something about it.
Post your positive experience with OS's Customer Service.
What happened that made you contact the customer service, how long did it take for the situation to be resolved, and what was the resolution?
I'll compile a testimonial in the first few threads so Flames can be ignored.

Testimonials on Customer Support
I had to submit one ticket to the CSRs, because of my own mistake.
My wife and I spent about $40 in the cash shop for stuff to buff up our mains, and we each purchased two pets (thinking that more than one pet could be stacked if of different species).
I went ahead and assigned and equipped both of my pets first, only to find that I could indeed only have one at a time. Since that meant one pet or the other was going to end up wasted, I submitted a ticket explaining what I did and asked if one of the pets could be reset and assigned to an alt.
Within two days, they did exactly as I asked them to, with the understanding that next time something like that happened it would be my loss as it was up to me to properly understand the game mechanics. I'm perfectly fine with that because it's not every day I make a mistake like this.
Very good customer service based on my one experience with them thus far.
I've contacted the CSRs plenty of times in the past, regarding issues with a character, issues with other people harassing and trying to scam, Cash Shop and Spark Cash issues, etc.
CSR Hal has contacted me every time, trying to help me out with every problem. Most of the time, he responded within 2 to 3 days, and every time, my issue was resolved.
CSR Hal = awesomeness.
...when my archer was messed up I sent a ticket and he was fixed in a couple days =D ...it was a bug from the cash shop in the first place
I've had a number of positive encounters with our Customer Support. Ranging from fixing SC problems (Remi bugged and didn't give me an item, it was fixed in two days), to getting back to me about reports, to having conversations with me via PM regarding player concerns.
I've sent in a few tickets with varied issues, and they have all been replied to. Some requested further information, I delivered, and recieved another reply saying thank you.

Testimonials on Nice
Last year they did release a quest for Valentine's Day which was to collect a certain number of chocolates. After you got the amount you could cash them in for a BASIC BEAUTY SHOP COUPON!

Despite the current situation, I remeber one REALLY nice thing OS did for the community =)
Last year they did release a quest for Valentine's Day which was to collect a certain number of chocolates. After you got the amount you could cash them in for a BASIC BEAUTY SHOP COUPON! Everyone was getting them, and personalizing their characters, Im sure this lost OS alot of money that they could have gotten, but it was a very nice thing they did for the players. ^-^
To bad I havnt seen them do anything that nice since. =/

I have a lot of good moments but this is simply put:
This game is FREE, no matter what you say, no matter how bad you want to cry about it, this game is FREE. This company PAYS people to keep this FREE game UP TO DATE. So when people cry about a FREE game not being fixed by people who are GETTING PAYED to fix this FREE game, it makes me sick. If this game was NOT FREE then they could PAY MORE people to fix this game exactly to everyone's standards. BUT, this game is FREE, and for those of us who do pay some money for items obviously don't put our whole paychecks into it to support a better supported FREE game. So everyone who hates the support, just remember, you are not flipping any bills for Fiesta, paying $25 for a couple costumes; so sit down in your chair, put your mouse in your hand, and play the FREE game and enjoy it. If you so badly have to cry about it, I suggest you go pay $25 a month for WoW, and be happy, otherwise you make me want to VOMIT.

Actually Free to Play Games are starting to make more money that games you need to pay monthly for. Reason is because people are starting to accept that paying for "in game items" is acceptable, and not a waste of money there for more people are spending on items that expire and so on.
There are people that pay WAY more then a mere $5-15 a month on this game, there are people who go through HUNDREDS a month which makes up for the rest of the people that dont pay. I can tell that every 1/4 people pay at least $15 a month so comon, these programers are probly making more.
Just my thoughts, Im pretty sure thats where the MMO industry is going

They take their time to do it occasionally, but the responses are good, and there's nothing to complain about.

Show me their balance sheets. Where is your proof? Do you really think that they are making such a large sum of money that they can just throw around extra money to hire a programmer or two? Your argument is debunk and you are one of the people that play this free game that make me want to VOMIT.

Yep! I've sent in a few tickets with varied issues, and they have all been replied to. Some requested further information, I delivered, and recieved another reply saying thank you. I also appreciate seeing the GM's out and about lately. Outspark cop alot of flack that they don't deserve, and I'm just really greatful that they've given me the opportunity to play a game like this.

Umm, first off this thread is to post you're positive experience with OS not to post about what makes you vomit(Don't know how though...).
So remember...the next time you post.....POST YOUR POSOTIVE EXPERIENCE WITH OS--- NO ONE CARES ABOUT WHAT MAKES YOU VOMIT

I remember that time too..and I remember also that some GM were so nice, after that quest, they buff everyone T4 buffs for those who use Beauty Coupons. That's so sweet. Well it was to me then.

true, but who cares if they earn more??? I get to play without having the obligations, or in other words to be forced, to pay, and it's good enough. I choose to spend sparkcash, it's not their fault that I spend them. People can still play without spending a single cent, and they cant if it's not F2P.
Show me their balance sheets. Where is your proof?
haha...it's not really necessary and it's P&C anyway^^
Do you really think that they are making such a large sum of money that they can just throw around extra money to hire a programmer or two? Your argument is debunk and you are one of the people that play this free game that make me want to VOMIT.
we will never know and it's not what i will like to know. they are business, while we are customers.
anyway, for myself, i like outspark as it is, and i have stated alot that though they are not perfect, they are good enough. I just hope that this will not make outspark think that they can slack away or something. they seriously need to be more efficient, but it's not bothering me at the time being.
overall, im just glad i can still play this game^^

I've had but one problem with the Spark Cash, sent in a ticket, waited for response, sent another, waited again. Oh well, that was last October when the website and Remi's was buggered up among other things. At least I didn't lose but $5.
BUT.... I finally noticed they added the font color to the 'First Post' option in our forums. YEEEHAWWW! So, if my little $5 was part of the bigger picture to fix that little glitche, then good riddance; I'll eat the loss [this time].:p

As to how much they make, Outspark is a private company, so we have no access to their accounting records. The gaming industry itself was a $6 billion industry before the economy crashed....so there's a lot of potential for new firms like Outspark to stake a claim in the F2P industry. Compared to past experiences however, the Customer Service staff here is actually a lot more personable than those that I've encountered at other games with other companies.

Congrats Celtic btw. I realize we would never see their records, but was merely stating that someone just cant claim "They are making millions" without having some form of proof, regardless if they are or not, for a FREE game, the service far surpasses that of some monthly paying games I have been a part of.
