Who is best in PVE Trapper or Assasin?

So who do you think is best at PVE Trapper or Assasin. I think i will choose the one that can train fastest and gain fastest lvl. So can you guys help me out a little

Yup, you want to face foes and killing them with your dagger? go for assassin.
Do you want to use bombs, timed-bombs and control your foe's movement? then go for trapper.

lets say 4-5 monsters come at you. Who will kill them fastest, Trapper or Assasin?

I think Assassins are more 1:1 oriented, Trappers do AoE damage instead.
You do the math.

But let say: it's a matter of play style. Choose which one you like the most.

trappers are just as stealhy as sin's i don't know why everybody thinks there's a difference in the "stealthiness" of the two classes.. and in pvp the sin is better at fighting multiple people and the trapper is the 1v1 master...

Lol, I don't think any of the classes are stealthier than the other lol :D They just saying that to make it fit the rouge's personality thingie :)

Assassins>Trappers

In terms of PVE,Assassin is better than a Trapper.
In terms of PVP,a Trapper is better than Assassin.

Assassins skills are all about execution on site,Trappers skills
are passive,and will do damage at a given time.Trapper's are about
distance and Assassins are about close combat.

Trappers are PERFECT for PVP.Because of their AOE
they can damage multiple enemies,thus making matches
very easy for their team mates.

I've clearly done the research.And
Assassin is obviously the better class for PVE.

I must admit though, regular rouge sucks in PvE. Very weak spells like hide and stun that don't do anything against the monsters o.o

trapper is better for pve due to AoE attacks and planting bombs without inturption

synthaz we should pvp my sin vs ur trapper. trappers are designed for pve hence the AoE and sins are pvp.
ninja trick, assassination, extreme thrust, blind. i mean seriously those are all designed for pvp not pve.
i lvoe how trappers can't play unless they stun, puppet, stun. seriously guys if u do this then u = nub

It depends on how you use your rogue (trapper or assassin) or depends on how good you are. But usually trappers are good for pve becasue it has invisible bombs, spider webs, poison cloud, and puppet which are skills that you can use to group enemies.

Trapper beats sin by a longggg shot to mr.Done my information ur stupid is all I can say lol. Im a lvl 74 sin-lu11aby And it is terrible for lvling lol I party with someone named orangeslayer who is a trapper and I know for a fact he can train way easier than me lol trappers=5 aoes 2 or 3 of them do about 300ish damage to every monster it hits Sins aoe= extreme thrust blazing blade and throw knife. Throw knife =best aoe but only hits 3 monsters 350-400 dmg Extreme thrust does 400+ dmg to 1st monster hit about 34 to the rest enless u allow them to hit u which I cant explain very well u just have to try it same with blazing blade. sins= more speedy attacks=more fun for pvp most trappers I see sit behind bombs and walk :/ lammeee when it comes to pve trapper dommminates assassin easily lol

The only reason one gets hit by the trappers bombs is because, one tries to follow the trapper around like a manic trying to hit him. Most trappers unless they're actually good, will be confused on why one is just standing there instead of running into their bomb traps. I'm a sin, and I've played plenty of good and bad trappers it's all about how you play them.

Trappers are built for PvE
Assassins are built for PvP as in 1v1

stun and hide do affect monsters

Hide - makes monsters incapable of seeing u and makes u lose the agro of the monster
Stun - makes monster stand there unable to atk for the duration of the skill (duh)

Well, assassins are the hardest class to lvl because they don't have AOEs that do a lot of damage, but in the pvp arena they are amazing and I don't mean stronger I mean 1000000X more fun than trappers.

That's not true in the slightest, generally trappers are better than assassins but the pro assassins are incredible. it's like summoners and elementalists.
