Having trouble Logging In???

I've clicking around the fourms today, I see a lot of posts that are the same/ simalar** and are all about the same problem.


*when you type in your name and password** it comes up with:


 


There was a problem logging you in. either your username or password is incorrect, or you are not authorized to participate in the closed beta.***


*If you get something simalar to this,* and was wondering what the heck is going on... I found out the answer to the problem. Instead of answering to all the posts i've seen today I'm just going to make this one hoping that everyone sees this post and that it answers their problem.


I'm pretty sure its not the username and password* thing,*** The GMs are sending out e-mails to users that qualify to do the closed beta testing.*If you recieved and e-mail before, make sure that you check if it's open beta or closed beta*** (such as)

*As i found out for myself, If you click on the link on your first e-mail, It shows


Congratulations! You have completed registration for the Fiesta open beta test.


Within a few weeks, if qualified, you will receive an invitation to enter Fiesta's closed beta test.


this is what you recieve on your first e mail,* I don't know what you recieve on your second e-mail because i myself did not recieve one yet but i know that it says something telling you that you are accepted to be*a closed beta tester (CBT)** So if you were let in before and were not let in now, the GMs are looking for new testers and you would have to sign up.


Basically to be an authorized user of the game (lets you log into game)** the GMs would have to pick you to be a CBT, Once they pick you.... You will recieve the e-mail... That means you have 2 e mails from OUTSPARKS* giving you access to log into the game.


Hopefully this helps you, Please read this before making another post so it doesn't take more room, This will give the GMs more time to fix the problem instead of checking the fourms. Lets make the fourms a place where players can help other players. The key to going into the game is to get that 2nd e mail. Not everyone will get this 2nd e-mail,* I also have not gotten an e-mail so we have to be patient and wait for GMs to send them out... If you never get one, don't feel down in the dirt so you should wait til' all the bugs and gliches are found and Closed beta is over ...* then you will be able to play the great glich free game... I myself just want to check it out as soon as possible* Just like everyone else but i know that I'll get to play more if the quality of the game is improved

When you get that e-mail, that means you have access to the fourms. such as posting... As i said before, that is just your first e-mail... Your like me, waiting for your second e-mail saying that you are a closed beta tester. =)

Tanrei** Possibly the servers for this game cannot hold a huge population of new players, and to make it run smoothly as possible for the few beta players they must have a limit to testers.* Thats what I'm thinking, But if all their beta testers are inactive and never find any bugs/gliches** i believe more e-mail will be sent out

I'm guessing that your still downloading and or installing the game at the moment... If the start button is flat that means you cannot log in yet. but if the icon is puffy and enlargened that means you can.

Thats extremely strange... Did you check if it said OPEN beta or CLOSED beta test??? because the first e-mail you should have gotten was the OPEN beta, Clicking on the link will activate your account to the fourms letting you post and such... CLOSED beta e-mail should let you into game...* you shouldn't have gotten the 2nd e-mail only =/***** Well i dont know what to say,* Check the e-mail again to see if it says OPEN or CLOSED

Well Etoza i didn't got any open beta email but i did got closed beta email saying that i am invited as a close beta tester, now when i try to log in the game i get the same error as most of u do here, and its not a closed beta or open beta email problem.They just sended email fast to everyone, and now activating accounts one by one, this is weierd but i have played many closed beta games and usually they activate the account before they email you, but this is opposite. o.0

Ok well first off id like to say Hi to all the GM's and Players out there.. Now I just started playing the game yesterday.. And id haft to say I love it myself.. Infact I couldnt stop playing and the quests were fun.. Although I tried to log on a seconed ago and it gave me a error claiming my ID or Password was incorrect or I wasnt authorized to play.. At first I went on the main site and tried to get my ID and Password info mailed back to me.. Like most Online RPG Games have on the site for players.. Thinking maybe im typeing somthing wrong.. And that was the first problem because it didnt give any account info about ID's or Password's.. Then I get to thinking and I come on the forums and I read this page.. Now ive read just about all these messages on up and im rather confused by them all.. If its just a demo or beta and the game isnt fully done I can get that.. But to let people play and build up and then just pull the plug on what they worked up is just kinda wrong..*And isnt really professional in my own*opinion..*I mean I play and get to level 8 and do all these quests and then I cant play anymore*and just thats it??*Unless im chosen to be a tester or whatever.. I cant play anymore??*And then I just got dissapointed with the game.. To much hastle and confusion from it all.. Although I like to keep playing eather soon or in the future I think I might just check out a different game in the meantime and ill just check up on this.. An answer would be nice.. Alright guys... I know theres a minor bug where the game will let you in sometimes and when you log out you cannot log back in.* This means that you can play without the second e-mail...*** On my own experience i got let in 2 times**********


P.S.* I don't know why this happens but i believe theres a little crack in the servers

To all the persons how are responcebel for this Game, if you are think you can be proud of your game and think build a big community around your game, do not underrestemate use.....


If you think it is ok to let all this people wondering whats happend and give only a stupid answere like a "Second invitation" dont wonder if all this people going to hate this game and his Crew and GM´s and all this stuff....


If you want to be good on this Platform, first of it all you have to give a good and i mean good "Support"


If you build a Forum for this user than use it, look for it, and take responcebility for your actions....


Give use feedback, for everythink you do, for everythink you plan to do.....

@Rajin: the GMs currently are busy with CB, finding bugs, fixing bugs, etc. this is the same for ALL mmorpg games. this is a good platform, theyre just busy at the moment handling CB bugs.


n anybody can hate the game because of the invitations thing.. but thats pretty much the same for all mmorpg games that are on CB phase.


people really need learn to read announcement and news and stickies to find the answers to their questions other than spamming the forum with "i cant login !! why cant i login ?!??!" its been answered so many times with lots of people including me. learn to read.

Guys don't worry about closed beta, I'm just glad that there was a bug in the servers so that so many players could have had a sneak peek at the game=).


But take notice that the closed beta testers try to find find bugs by playing the game personally so it may be fun in some ways... pain in others/When Closed beta is over the accounts will be clears level reset back to 1 and everyone I mean EVERYONE will have the same opertunaty as another* to level up.


So lets give the GMs a break... Go find something else to do while you wait for Open beta to come out

On my first 30 minutes after registering i was like some of you guys asking, posting about this topic and once I got a good answer i made this Post so that people could look at it

@xxxkiller79: no the GMs dont make the game. outspark only published it in english version. get ur fact straight first. n pls understand wut CB is all about. CB = Closed beta which means its the testing phase. this goes for any mmorpg games out there. seriously get ur fact first before u start complaining saying the GMs are lazy.

In addition to the guy above said, I have not encountered a game that kept the CB characters when it went in full release...I'm pretty sure they will be deleted and the staff controls whether or not the items will be given out to their respective owners (doubtful) or there will just be a prize to give to the CB testers. And correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Outspark made Fiesta as a franchise? I may be biased.
