You only get 2HP recovery (priests heal themselves) and 4+ water which priests don't even use :O I guess you're chance to sell it is better on the fleemarket if someone don't know how the elementirium works.
Dunno if the +8 wind on the rogue one is any good as I'm no rogue. But It would probably help if you add all the stats to the stuff, you don't say if its a crafted item or not, nor how much fire res there are on the neck.
Dunno how the forum rules are, but usually they have rules about bumping post to soon.
