// m ♥ f u y n e 's Graphics Cards/Drivers Manual //
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
// for : Windows XP ( Vista coming soon! //
// 1 : What kind of graphics card do I have?
To see what kind of graphic card you have , you can do two things
1 : go to your configuration screen --> system --> hardware tab --> first option ( device manager?) --> click on "monitor adapters" --> Here you'll see your graphics card.
2 : Carefully screw your computer open, and take a peek inside.
// 2 : Now I know what I have! but how/where do I get drivers?
For aTI cards : aTI drivers (http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html)
for nVidia cards : nVidia drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp)
for intel cards : intel drivers (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx)
for Matrox cards : Matrox drivers (http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/corpo/support/drivers/home.php)
p.s : if you have another graphics card then the ones above, tell me and I'll put it in the list with a correct link too their driver download space.
// 3 : I'm at the website! what now?
Now you just search around on the website, looking for the right driver that fits with your graphics card model ( like, nvidia geforce 4 GT200 ).
// 4 : Done! I've downloaded it and its ready to be opened!
*cheers* , first of all, reinstall all your former graphics card drivers, as they could collide with the newer ones. after that, install your newest graphics card driver !
// 5 : Was that all?
Yup !
