Need help..

I just installed the game and went to create a character but when i clicked on create it shows alot of things not showing like i cant see my character and alot of stuff it seems to be a buncha pieces missing is there anyway i can resolve this issue?

Ok nvm i got that fixed but NOW i cant exit out of the guide i cant press the X box.....how do i get through this now..
