Sparkcash Issue?

So, I did read the announcement on the Sparkcash issue resolving problems with credit card payments. Yesterday, I tried to purchase Sparkcash with Paypal. According to Paypal, the payment went through and everything, so I got charged $25. I never recieved the Sparkcash, and it's been around 13-14 hours now. I usually recieve it right away.

Now, I know there were problems with it before, but now that the problem's been 'resolved', when will I recieve my $25 worth of Sparkcash?

If I need to email a receipt or something, I can do that.

Hi,

I ran a payment through PayPal yesterday to see if the issue was affecting that payment method as well. Mine went through just fine and as far as I am aware wasn't involved in the cc payment issue.

Occasionally though, PayPal is slow in processing the payment. If you're using a bank account through paypal the bank can also be a little slow confirming the pending payment as well. Wait a little bit longer, if you still haven't received your SC by this afternoon submit a ticket via the link in my siggy to get in touch with a CSR regarding the situation.

Do keep the receipt handy as it proves that you made the payment and that it was accepted :)

Mine isn't working now. I went to add sparkcash, and it won't display the payment methods now And firefox popped up an Authentication code error from the store -.-

I ran $5 through paypal, and my transaction went through immediately. I'm assuming (since my paypal isn't for a credit card) that the CC issue has popped back up again.

ahhh, t.t i should have read forums first b4 buying sc with paypal i payed $50 D: and its usually in right away but i still got nothing!
