Which is the best wepon

I am almost lvl 20 and i dont know what wepon to pick for archer.
So i want your guys opion on which wepon is best.

At level 20 I would stick with the bow, for the following reasons. At level 20 you have 1 AoE Skill (Area of Effect (Skill that attacks multiple opponets)). So you have no use for the Cross Bow because you can only use Multi-Shot every 6 seconds. Most of the time you will be killing one creature at a time so using the Bow is a better idea since you will be using auto attack alot.

Fast Attack Speed
Low Damage
Low Crit
High Aim

Cross Bow
Slow Attack Speed
High Damage
High Crit
Low Aim

At 51 you get your second AoE Natures Mist, then you have 2 AoEs which means you can use one after the other none stop, so at that point the Bows faster attack speed is useless.

I aggre with THre3.
lvl 20-50 Ull use alot of single target skill which will stack up with ur DoT skills ,and if used right, ur aim/power shot that will cause alot of damage.

But once u hit 51 you should be Kite aoeing.
(You may say no now but every archer sees the beauty in it eventually =3)
at that point speed is useless since the auto attack will never be a necessity while u move. Then damage is the keyfactor and the Xbow renders almost 100% more damage than the Bow.

I still think Fighters should have big noses or Outspark should give them big noses so we can lagh at them when they kill us.

I agree that using a bow from lvl 20-30..*correction: til lvl 51* is a good plan. However, when I was in my 40's and 50's I purposely used both the xbow and the bow to get used to the feeling of each.

Bows are nice and fast as I am using a lvl 70 +9 bow now. I am going to enhance my lvl 70 bow and start using that as well...

I like the curve bow for everything, even at higher levels.
Xbows do hit really hard but they are also really slow.

And, I must respectfully disagree.

By level 51, yes, you should use an xbow for pure damage purposes. Some archers carry both because the higher attack rate of a bow can make single target killing slightly faster. And because the bow is prettier. ;)

Before then, it depends on what you do with your archer. I aoe heavily with mine starting at level 30, so that's the time I switch to an xbow more than a bow (if funds allow, I carry both through the 3xs). If you don't aoe heavily, stay with the bow as everyone else has advised.

yea I only had an xBow for kqs back in my lower lvl days.
nowadays I only have an xbow cuz i dont have a +9 bow.
