Best Skill Empower?

Hello! Well im kinda new on the game and my first char is a Cleric that is on lvl 14 at the moment. I've been reading lots of guides and learned a lot about Cleric class, and I'm loving to play with it. But one thing that missed on every guide i read is a more detailed comment about Skill Empower. So i decided to post this this discussion(more related to heal skill that interests me), but can be explored other skills as well. (Sry if this discussion was done before, but i can't read all the posts.)
I'd like to know the opinion of more experienced players about the skill empower for a FULL END Cleric pretending to have better as possible healing powers.

I'm kinda lost about how skill epowerment really works and i don't want to waste my points testing this in the game, cause time is precious :D.
I'd like to have some questions answered if possible :):
Here they are:
-Does the Increase of the Level of Skill's Basic Power increase the healing power? (I think it only works for attack skills but i didn't test it.)

-About healing skill. The best is to empower lvl 1, 2 or 3? lvl 1 heals 110(7SP), lvl 2 heals 190(16SP), lvl 3 heals 270(28SP). Would'nt be better a faster casting/less sp consuming lvl 1 or 2 healing than a lvl 3 that consume more sp? Or is it worth to use the lvl 3 heal and use some more sp potions/stones?(i guess its viable as well).

No, you can't increase the basic power of all supportive skills, like Heal.

You got the same wrong idea about it just like me, back when I first started this game :p. If you empower a skill, all levels of the skill will get affected by that empowerment.

play around with empower a little, you don't have to actually USE the empower to see what it will do.. the skill point doesn't go away until you click CONTINUE, so you can click up and down on different things and see what it does before you use the point.
