Not your typical, "Failed to connect to world server"

Ok, So I bought a new laptop, it's running Wi-Fi just fine, im all over the net. D/L'd Fiesta and tried my login and it loads fine, Then when I pick my server it says "Failed to connect to world server" Well I hard line and it fails again, I get on both my desktops and they load just fine, So I know it's not the servers fault, Its obviously my laptop. So... Anyone have any ideas why I cannot connect to world server? Such as ports, video card, compaq, vista home premium w/ service pack one? I figure some of you OG Fiesta players may have some great knowledge on the known issues. Thanks in advance
