Someone please help me!!

I have tryed every thing
i always get a message saying to make sure my password and login are correct and that i have the lastest version of the game (i downloaded and installed today 10/7/07) I have made another outspark account but it still wont work
some one please help me i really wanna play this game

for me, using my original username worked.
if it doesn't for you, try using your email address you registered with,
maybe it'll work then~ who knows ;x

Crazy question but I ask because you did say you created a new Outspark account but seeing as how SoS is closed beta your account was first activated (ie: you were given access) for the game before you downloaded and installed it correct?

It wouldn't matter how many accounts you had if none were allowed access into the closed BETA then it simply won't allow you to log in.

I'm having the same problem....I can't but my boyfriend can and we both started our accounts on the same day. I tried loggin in but it said to make sure of the user and password but my boyfriend put in his and it allowed him to.....

I've talked to the Dev Team and they have concluded that it is most likely the reason for this issue is most likely caused by trouble with your Internet connection to our login servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and/or contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled

We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. If you are receiving the “401 Error,” it means that your username/password failed; OR that you are running an old unsupported closed beta. I assure you that our Development Team is currently looking into the matter.
