Maple sux compared to this ._. or I just like the graphics of this more :D anyway I'm wondering, what's the cap in this game.. maple is lv200.. might be why it's so big.

indeed this game does own maple. why do you think there are active GMs and no hackers and Pvp? i'm pretty sure that half of the people who play MS would switch to WS if they knew about it.

Basically,

WS > MS

This game is 100x better than Maple. The only thing you do in maple is Grind, grind grind and grind more. Maple compared to this game is like comparing who is fastest., the slowest person in the world vs the fastest person in the world.

yep i used to play MS for years this game is alot better. I hated to grind in any game.

I would guess that the GMs where pretty active during open beta for maple as well.
ofc there isn't any hack, lets just ignore these movies.

And the eternal jump hack.

You have to understand that, the more ppl that plays the game, the bigger the chance of hacking. Xtrap inst there to stop the hackers, just to slow them down :P

Any way, I did some maple hacking back in the days, but I'm not interested in hacking WS as the game is to fun anyway, so don't PM me questions about hacks, I don't have them.

I think it really depends on the type of game you like.

For long hours of repetitive grinding, play maple story.

For minimal grinding and more PvP, play windslayer

Maple is only boring because you level so slowly (much, more slowly) than other MMORPGS.
This is why there are so many private servers for MS.
Also, WS is more fair in terms of money. A stat reset here is about 1 buck or so, stat reset there is 5.

well, i do see why you people think maple sucks but windslayer has many problems as well, i know theres no hackers and all but i dislike the mining in the game, same with the gather but maple you have to constantly kill hundreds of monsters for one ore so i dont care about ethier.

A lot of good games are subject to foul play. It's hard to believe the game OT mentioned still tends to have problems with hacking. It got PVP on July 20th. About a week after it went live, a lot of cheaters ran amok and messed a lot of things up. It recently updated security for it but I have yet to check on whether or not it's improved since then (been doing more important things).

But anyways... In short, every game has their ups and downs, so I don't think any game really "sux." As long as there's something unique about it and the community is alive and fresh, anything goes.
