Missing 300+ skill points!

I went to make stones today with my archer who had almost 500 skill in making stones. i looked at the top and it had my skill at just over 100. so who do i have to kill to get my skill points back that was a lot of dust and a lot of time that just vanished. the funny thing is i can still make lix even though i don't have the skill to use the skill to make it.

all this took place on Teva and was around the time of the magic "matinance" on friday. i tried to contack someone about a diffrent issue that friday's unexpected outtage caused and got no where so hopefully this will be more productive then my last attempt at getting something fixed.

Still waiting for an answer from anyone on this i should be making Xir now and i'm still working my way back up again.

make that now over 600+ production skill points MIA. so now i'm out the silver it cost to buy the items for production, the items i produced and the skill it had given me. not to mention the copper i mined. is this going to be fixed anytime soon? if not consider me gone. i'm not going to waste my time playing a game that when i start getting good at something loses all my skill from it.
