Cant Login~

Ive reset my password about 10 times but every time I try to login to the game it just says please check your email and password. Also I was ONLY able to login to the forums by usng the forum login when I tried to use the outspark login it gave me the same invalid info error. Something is wrong with the login server or something because my password is correct obviously because I logged into the forums with it. Please look into this and let me know when its fixed.

Is noone else having this problem? Ive even made a NEW account and it's still giving me the error that I need to check my password or email. What the heck is going on?

this has happend to me a couple of times, and my gf is experiencing the same problem, she's resetted her password many times, but it still says to check email and password, and she's even tried installing it...but dont work

All ive really been able to figure out is it has something to do with the outspark login. Like I said above if I login using the forum login page it lets me but if I click the outspark login or try and launch the game it just tells me to check my email and password. A GM really needs to do something about this im not sure why I cant login with any account. Also ive made a total new seperate account and it still tells me invalid login. Maybe its my IP? Am I like IP banned for some reason or whats the deal? But then again if I was IP banned wouldnt I be banned from the forums? So anyways I have no idea what the heck is going on but it sucks cuz I cant even login and level or do anything I really need one of you GM's to look into this.

yeah, i know, she has the exact problem as u, except that when she made a new account, it worked...but c'mon, its not like its easy starting over

there is usually 2 causes for this:

1. the account is blocked. check your email to see if there are any notifications from outspark about violations to the ToS. if you didn't get any email, then contact the Helpdesk ( http://outspark.custhelp.com) and give us your spark id and character name/server and we'll look up your records to see what's up.

2. the account is hacked. again, contact us at the Helpdesk ( http://outspark.custhelp.com) for help.

Well I have not received any email from outspark about anything. Also if the account was hacked he would have to be monitoring my email 24/7 as ive reset the password using the reset thing about 20 times in a row and trying to use the password within 10 seconds of just setting it and it still wont let me login. Also if I was blocked shouldnt I be blocked from the forums but yet im logged in my account right now posting on it. That's another thing if my PW was incorrect and the account was hacked how come I can use the pw I set for the account to login on the forums.... Ill contact you guys with my info hopefully it can get resolved.

EDIT: Well acually id LOVE to contact your CSR but the piece of crap website just forwards me to guess what... you guessed it! The LOGIN page which I cant use PERFECT RIGHT? I can only login using the forum login form the outspark one wont work for me. So is there an email or something I should email because I cant use the CSR button at the top of the link you gave me.

So I tried emailing you guys straight from my email and the stupid thing keeps telling me to reply and put something in the subject which I have 5 god dam times. This is seriously getting STUPID I can understand why this is a free to play game now support is complete **** and noone ever does anything.

OMG i can't get in the servers every time i clikck on a server it say error code 102 something,something and i don't even get all the servers like bijou and alpoline all it shows is epith and 6 tevas?

You have a corrupted installation. you need to uninstall the game completely and delete any left over files and folders then install a fresh copy.

I cant get past the login screen. I click login and it just cuts off. I have tried to uninstall the old version several times and its still there. I have installed the new version twice and I am still having the same problem PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.
