Hi the best creature for train its iron golem?.

Depends on your level. Any monster with a blue background name is good to train on. Usually, whatever monsters you're getting quests for also give the best exp for that level.
Unless, of course, you're level 23 and up, in which case you're stuck with Scrap Iron Golems.
