Not powerleveling.. I think?

I dont want to "power level" no one but if I stand behind my friend while he/she kills mobs and just heal him/her every now and then will he/she still get full xp or what if I get on my tank and just pull aggro and let them kill the monsters does that cut xp or are these methods known as powerleveling?

No these are not power leveling. You are pulling the load of what a team is suppose to do. Tank pull aggro taking hit to portect your friend, healer heal to keep your friend save.

Both of these will risk your health and demand your skill to kill something over your level.

However for the higher level yes it wil cut some experience so whether as the higher level in the party, you like party with your friend whom you trust to keep you save, or party with a stranger same level whom you need to built trust is his/her own decision.

Power leveling is the higher level kill while the lower level did nothing.

If you are not in party while healing or tanking the mobs, the other players will receive the same exp as if they did everything themselves.
