Buying Green or NPC +9 Lvl60 Cleric Hammer/Shield

Well, seeing as how I'm 2 1/2 lvls away from lvl60, I thought I'd get a head start on getting my equipment.

For stats, I'd prefer END & DEX or just END on the shield, and STR on the hammer. However, I would not mind buying the white versions.
