I cant log on at all.

Everytime I click on the start up button, I put in my password and username and than when I press "start" nothing comes up. It just stays like that.
I was able to play about 20 minutes ago, and than that happened. Whats going on? :(

Same for me. I was able to play, but the next day when I tried to log in, it said that my ID or password was incorrect. I log in fine to the site, so I have the right info. I waited a weekend and tried again, still nothing. Its sad :(

Everyone reading this and having this problem will need to please list the following if you can:

- Operating System
- RAM
- Video Card
- Are the drivers updated for the VC?
- Do you have DirectX 9.0c installed?
- Do you have an active firewall

As written some threads below this happened to me after installing SoS Beta. Seems to be some conflict with the launchers or something like that. Wrote an email to the support yesterday, but no answer till now.

Entering Login and Pw, click login, screen goes white for a split second and then nothing. Played before the SoS install merryly for half a day, then nothing up to now. Tried everything that came to my mind, from copying files to manually start the Fiesta launcher instead of the SoS one (which is automatically called up by the shortcut) but it just crashes with a runtime error.

System:
Win XP Home
1 Gig RAM
Radeon 9500 PRO
Firewall or AntiVir enabled& disabeled without any change of results (Could play before as I said)
DirectX 9c present
Drivers just updated after installinf SoS

I'm totally out of ideas. SoS works fine... Fiesta just checks Username and PW (Error message if you give it some rubbish), then denies to start up the game...

Try uninstalling the outsparklauncher, restarting the computer, and then reinstalling the launcher. If you have norton, it could be blocking the game. Open up Norton and change your personal firewall settings to always allow that program access.
