Happens. If it doesn't wrok agian tomorrow or the next 2 days it should concern you. It only happened to me once. Maybe your firewall is blocking it. Depends however. Do you mean you can't log in at when you enter your username and password? or when the window opens to full screen and you select a server. If no servers pop-up after you open the full game window for 5 seconds, somehting is wrong (it was a firewall for me). But that's all i know.
