Login Error 401

Is it just me? But before I even start running it, there's this stuoud error :( I really want to play this game sooo badly. I changed my password [A 100+ times]. I know that's it has the requirements.

not even that i cant even log into forum i had to create a new account now.
ive lvl 50 char in there n i cant afford to play this game from lvl 1 again man please help me.
to say that im banned well i have never done any illegal activities except overcharge in store but thats acceptable rite?
n i even dun receive any notice email to say that i am banned please help man i want to play real bad~!
