k so is this for scouts/archers only? what lvl do you get it and is it a quest like payshan's bracelet? thx all :D

You get it when you change to scout. It increases your agi by 1. Scouts can also wear the payshan's bracelet, although many of them sell it. I haven't figured why since most scouts wear 2 or 3 robin's if they can get them and the payshan's would be equivalent to wearing 2 robin's anklets.
