Cleric weapons > fighter?

Seems as though cleric weapons do more damage, at least base.

Shouldn't it be the other way around?

A fact is, that every class in a MMO game should be balanced.
Another fact is that Clerics seem quite imblanced.
The do with a 1h weapon+shield enough dmg to compare with a pure fighter, which is using a 2h weapon. They can heal, buff and ressurect.
The only thing they still need is the power to get everything for free, lol.

I have both, around same lvl. I must say that fighters DO hit higher/more common, even if not that much.

fighters have higher accuracy, do more damage, have more hp
fighters are meant for groups, or high level mobs - where their defense/debuff abililties are useful. Fighters are for dmg. They are for damage reduction, crowd control.

However they are fun to play solo, 2 handed, ect. Fun I say, but not what they are designed for currently.

From weakest to strongest (least i think) with lvl 30 weaps. The Cleric weaps at lvl 20 somehow seem stronger. Anyway...

Mace
2h Sword
Hammer
Axe

A fighter would want to kill the monster faster before it can take away a lot of HP from him/her. A Cleric would just want to survive the battle. So if you stun and decrease attack speed and all that, you receive less damage than the other classes (but of course you're gonna heal anyway). I just wanted to say that :]

I believe a Fighter's Mandatory stats are put in more than Str so you and a cleric are pretty much dealing the same amount of damage until later levels show huge differences.

ah! yes their weapons are more powerful, but dont forget their armors def sucks but then again they get buffs to make up for that :P

Thats it. Fighters naturally gain more str as they level, and so they'll do more damage with weapons that may have similar damage. And anyway, I'm fairly sure that fighter weapons do more damage also anyways.

And also, fighters have TONS of skills to spam, which adds a whole lot more damage. Clerics have....2. We have stronger weapons, we naturally do more damage, and we have more attacks.

People will always, always, ALWAYS, find something to complain about. Fighters are stronger than clerics period. If you haven't figured out that they hit harder then fight next to a cleric. Fighters have a multitude of skills to use which lower defense (fatal slash), add power (vitality), or just do high damage, (devastate/power hit). Please do not try to demoralize a fighter by saying clerics weapons have higher base damage, we hit low enough in PvP as it is.

Fighter is most powerful and have many active destructive skills, Cleric have just one, but Cleric have Heal, Buffs and Ressurect.

Yeah, pretty much

Fighter = SUPER HIGH DMG/DEF/HP low mdef and SP (Barely any mobs use magic -.- they only need sp for skills -.- )

Clweic = Worst Dmg Next to worst def (Unless 25+ SPR Rest END or full END) medium Mdef. Low HP/SP (Unless 25+SPR rest END Full SPR or Full END)
