wow lol someone just overpaid. it is rare but ocasionally you will get a "green" with no stats. And the lvl reqirement is the way the old armor was; before we used to buy armor pieces at different levels, like 20, 24, 26, 28, not all at lvl 20.
Basically you just sold lvl 20 npc armor for 1g :D
