Question on lvl20 cleric's hammers.

Do all the lvl 20 hammers give a +1% to Critical when you upgrade to +4 or more?

I'm wondering if it's common or something altogether different?

i like your sig man, and that i know of isnt there only 1 hammer at L20 or are there green ones to ?

It's just the regular hammer.. but i upgraded it to +4, and on the crit in yellow it says +1%.

I'm wondering if that's normal for a hammer of level 20 upgraded to +4, or is it something different?

mine is +6 and i don't have a plus 1% to my crit rates so i think it is something different.

I think it's just a veeeeery lucky enhance buff you get. I've seen many weapons with those kinds of enchants and a random enhance buff was my conclusion.
