Ok, so I dont know if anyone else does this, but I went into my purchase history, looking at the houses I bought.
The most recent were during the Veterans Day sale-The Liberty House. I bought two because the in game announcement said they were on sale, and the price listed in the FIESTA STORE was 500 SC.
I was charged 625.
Have other people experienced this? I submitted a ticket and have a confirmation number but how long does Outspark take to resolve issues like this? I mean, In game money is one thing, but thats ACTUAL money I spent, regardless of the relatively small amount, I would at LEAST expect the difference to be credited to my account.
Any ideas?

I got charged full price for the Charms when they were on the "Deal of the Week - 20% off" notice. After seeing that I went through my entire purchase history...Yes, I was overcharged for the Liberty Houses. They were marked as 500 but I got charged 625.
So far, Outspark owes me about 1300 sparkcash in refunded difference.
I've submitted two tickets, haven't heard back yet, I'll let ya know via this thread.

i was overcharged for full set of charms and 3 liberty houses

Man...How much did you guys pay for sets of Charms? Now I am wondering if I was overcharged on them too?

Yup, I was charged full price for Charms as well! During a deal of the week 20% off promotion. Thanks for the heads up, I submitted another ticket!

for a past promotion i thought the same thing, the PURCHASE HISTORY showed the full price of the item, but the amount actually charged was in fact the Sale Price.

I contacted CSR on Friday. Today the price difference was refunded after they looked it over. Thanks guys.

So YES, there WAS an error and my account was credited for the amount I should have saved.
I want to say, Thanks Outspark for your quick response to my inquiry. That made my confidense in the game go way up, I appreciate the honesty.
People, Check your purchase history, they may have made a mistake, and if so, looks like they are correcting it for people.

lol you can believe that if you want, mine was actually mischarged, and they refunded for it...so i think you might want to check yours again
