I have try to use Guild storage a lot of time and alway's told me too many people use storage ... i have think about a time limit to use it cuz i can try like 1 hour and never use it and i'm the master ... i have pay and i cant use my storage ...

i have noticed, chances use'n guild storage varies from town to town, not sure if it will help improve your chances :)

i'm OK i have removed everything from my storage now but storage suck ... i pay 300s and i cant use storage when i want ...
