I was wondering what happened to this event prizes:
the third prizes is everyone who spends 7k sparks cash gets ring, what happened to this item?

I thought third prize was if you bought at least one item from the cash shop.

You bought an item from the cash shop within the event period?
If so, you should submit a ticket to Outspark, in which case, hopefully someone could help you sort out said mess.
