Getting My OutSpark Store items Into the game ?

I have purchased some outspark cash, Bought an item but i cant get it to my game account, When i click on the fiesta store in game it takes me to the fiesta store that uses Taler not outspark cash ? And my login there is not the same as my login to outspark, Can someone please tell me how to get my item to the game.

Hit "I" to open your inventory. Now you know those bag thingies you have to click on to switch inventory pages? Hit the one farthest on the right. Your SC items should be there. Right click to take them out. Once out, they are bound to that character.

Its not as simple as that, let me expain a little better. i purchased the item from the outspark website with my outspark account. but when i log into the game to get my items from outspark, i click on the fiesta store icon and this does not take me to outspark it takes to the gamigo fiesta store that uses taler not outspark cash. My gamigo account is different to my outspark account, With a different login, i have not purchased any Taler but i have purched outspark cash and the two things do not seem to be the same. I realise that they go to the purchased items in you inventory in the game once you get them there but i cant seem to get to that point ?

Its not as simple as that, let me expain a little better. i purchased the item from the outspark website with my outspark account.

At which point they, having been purchased, are placed in your OutSpark inventory just as Zues described. Maybe if you'd look in that inventory, rather than looking at the in-game store for items that are already purchased and in your inventory, you'd find them. Because yes, it is in fact as simple as that. You purchase, the items go into your inventory. I know, I've done it more than once.

Then stop clicking on the obviously-malfunctioning store button (and what in the name of all that's holy have you done to get an install that tries to contact Gamigo for an OutSpark game anyway? Whatever it is, it's probably most of your problem right there, and a good candidate for an uninstall/reinstall) and look where the items should be- in your OutSpark inventory!

According to your own words, you in fact can get to "that point." You've gotten there immediately after "i purchased the item from the outspark website with my outspark account. " You're done. Purchase made, items in inventory. Poof. Finito.

Assuming, of course, that you were on the same account your characters are on when you made the purchase. If the account you purchased with and the account your characters are on are different, then there's a problem sure enough- but it's all you and your end. And if that screwy install you're running that thinks the Fiesta Store is run by Gamigo has sent the items somewhere else, then there's still a problem- which is still on your local hard drive. But in either case, when you say you purchased the item, once the store says the purchase is made then you've reached the "items in OutSpark inventory on my characters" point and need to log into the game, with the same account, and look at the far right inventory button.

When i came to outspark it would not let me login with the account details i made there so i had to make a new accout on outspark.

Now what are you saying that 2 different companys own the game with 2 different websites and 2 different types of cash , Taler and Outspark cash.

All i want is the items that i have paid real money for to get to my account ingame.

When i signed up to outspark i expected the 2 would be connected and not seperate because there all selling the same items. Now as i said when goto the store button in the game it takes me to the Taler website that i signed up with.

Now whats going on ?

Also when i signed up and made an account to download the game it asked me to make a username and password, When i signed up to outspark it asked for a Email address and password which is a totally different login, I did use the email address for login that i used when i signed up for the game but apart from that there was no way to connect the outspark account to my game chars ?

Then there's your problem. You're using a Gamigo client on an OutSpark game. They may work somewhat interchangeably, but they're not the same beast. OutSpark and Gamigo aren't related in any way other than they've had disputes over who, in which regions, can play on which service since they both license and provide a version of the same OnsOnSoft game. They're not only not the same company, they're in competition with each other.

Close. OnsOnSoft "owns" the game, and develops/writes it. OutSpark and Gamigo are both game publishing companies, which license the game from OnsOnSoft and provide the play servers and game service. This is why the games and launchers look the same- they're written by the same company, then tailored for whichever publisher's service they're intended for. You should be using the OutSpark game download and launcher for OutSpark Fiesta, and the Gamigo versions for Gamigo Fiesta.

Understandable, and I'm not certain what to tell you. First off, I'd suggest logging in to the web site store where you made the purchase, then look at the top for the "backpack" link. Hit that, and see if it shows the items you purchased. If so, then they're in your character's CS (Cash Store/Fiesta Store) inventory and should be accessible as Zues initially described. If not, then I'd say your best bet is submitting a ticket to a CSR through the help system.

What's going on is the Gamigo client is hardcoded to go to Gamigo services, while the OutSpark client works the same way but goes to OutSpark services. First thing I'd do in your situation is go to "Support" near the top of the page, and the first menu option there should be "download." Get the OutSpark game client, which should link to the OutSpark store, and this should prevent any future confusion.

For this instance in particular, if you were logged into an OutSpark account on the web, then your items were sent to the game inventory of characters on that same OutSpark account- since the game client wasn't involved at all. Checking the "backpack" link in the store, while logged in the same way you were when you made the purchase, should show if the items made it that far. They should, therefore, show up on the far right inventory button in-game. If you're definitely on the same account and the items aren't showing up, then I'll admit to being at a loss- unless using a Gamigo client on an OutSpark game is causing it to look in the wrong place for inventory, I'm not sure what to tell you there.

EDIT: Ugly possibility just occurred to me...the Gamigo and OutSpark clients being hardcoded to their respective companies' services, if you're playing with a Gamigo client then you're probably playing a Gamigo account on Gamigo servers- since the launcher is going to connect to Gamigo servers, period, unless it's been modified. The purchased items may, in fact, be sitting in CS inventory on an "unused" OutSpark account while your launcher has you playing on a Gamigo account with the same name. Seriously...get the OutSpark client and launcher.

I do think, however, that getting the proper client should be step 1. The purchase, as you described, was made entirely through the store's web interface so logically the items should be in the inventory of that account and I suspect something about using the Gamigo client is causing them not to show up.

And that's about all I can think of...anything beyond what I've covered, and I'd say it's CSR time.

can i change my luncher and the game to outspark without to download t again.

If you live in a country supported by the Gamigo launcher and have an OutSpark account created after March 31st, 2009, you CANNOT play OutSpark's Fiesta. Any items purchased for your OutSpark account, therefore, cannot be applied to your Fiesta characters.

OutSpark purchases = only for OutSpark games.

ferix, you can't change your launcher unless you download.
