Party Exp Bonus!

I compared the exp I got before and after joining a party, and it looks as though the game evenly distributes the exp, then gives a bonus 50% more to each member! So it's pretty much always better to grind in a party than alone.

Actually, is when you party lower level people and you are too high for the map. The higher level earn more exp than hunting alone, that's the only way that some people managed to reach 3x in steel cliff.
