Game Data Initialize Fail!????

I try to log on with my user, onto the game and i get Application Initialize Error. I do not understand why i am getting this. Any help from anyone please and thank for your help.

Where did you download fiesta from? If it was the outspark site that could be the reason for this problem.

Uninstall and reinstall, if this fails then contact a CSR using the link in my siggy.
