i don't think your aloud to post the account name on the forums, as far as i know i'm pretty sure he would have gotten a email about why and how long he is banned for

1. Account information such as emails, etc can not be posted on the forum so please remove that.
2. Use the link in my siggy to contact a CSR, this is a ticket worthy issue.

Hi, please do not post personal e-mail addresses or log in information on the forums. Your friend should have received an e-mail from Outspark to the e-mail account he registered with regarding why he was banned and for how long. If he does not have said e-mail in his inbox, please submit a ticket to a CSR using the link the above poster referred you to :)
