unable to log in [Archive] - Outspark Forums

first.. hi to all who read this thread. I seriously nid help on loggging on to the game. Whenever I try to log in on the outspark launcher, i receive this error "see the logfile "C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log" for details." What can i do? Pls help and tq..

i get this too.....and my Outspark Launcher look different....it says "Login" not "Play"......and also.....it will not let me log in at all......it brings up a new window....and then the window closes.....and this happens over and over again......

some one plz explain this to me.....

I click on login and it opens a new window then it closes and goes back to the log in screen. Heres my computers specs if it ill help

1.1 ghz
384mb ram
directx 9c
XP home ed
623mb pageing file
Ati Rage XL AGP 2X (8mb)
I have a ZoneAlarm firewall and i had it set to game mode to allow everything and it still didn't work

When I click login i get a small window that says

¿i'¯

I click 'OK' or X it out and either way i get another small window that says

¿i'¯2

Same 'OK' or X it out choice and then it returns to my login screen. Im using the right Name and Pswd, so whats the problem?

it has nothing to do with system requirements. its just not logging in, it keeps saying error (1022, 'getaddrinfo failed')

a window pops up when i try to log in and it says this

i get this when i try to log in then when i exit it out or say ok

and then it pops up a window real quick then closes and returns to them main login page

plzzz help me :o

Try to download it again. It could be your Anit virus software to I member in PSU if you had Nod32 you need to allow it to run PSU.

What kind of computer specs do you have?

- How much RAM

- What kind of video card

- What Operating System are you using

- Do you have a active firewall

um i am having problems too, each time i log in a window pops up the cat thing and all, (fireworks) and it says failed to connect to sever, i resarted my cpu and nothing happens all the same

My problem is a little diffrent. I can log in pefectly fine, but when i try to create a charcter, this pops comes out saying that sos must close and asks me to send an error report. :(

Hi i am having a similar problem as you Lunamoonfang. Am reinstalling the whole Fiesta client again to solve the problem.

Your launch should change from

UserID : _____ Password : ______ [Login]

to

UserID : _______ [Play]
Password : ______

Hope u understand what i mean. :)

after the patch today i cant log in any more..

the launcher says ""Error connecting to update server:(10061, 'Connection refused')""

then when i close it an error pops up telling me ""see the logfile ~ gives path~ for details""

when viewing log is shows:

Many people are experiencing the same problems, and so far there is no solution.
I have been browsing the posts in order to find a way to play again.
Also, it there is a post saying that there is an emergency server maintenance going on right now and everything should be up and running by thursday nov 9 at 11 PM.
Please be patient and hope that this is the fix we've been searching for.
We all want to play again.
