Where's the bloody scroll recipe?

Yea, I have the scroll skill on all of my characters(one of each class) and I still can't find it. I must of looked in the roumen skill shop 500 times, but I can't see it. If someone could just tell me where you could buy it, I'd be very grateful.

If this is the wrong section for queries, I apologise. I couldn't find a catagory that looked fitting.

go to the skill merchant and go to the alchemy tab. You should see a couple items with a scroll icon. Scroll through the pages until you see the ones you can learn

there are multiple pages in the alchemy section of the skill trainer, your looking for all the ones that start with "spell scroll" I think
