need help im new to this game...

i just downloaded feista and everytime i try to log in i get " the connection has failed" iv tryed again 8 hours later and still will not work. i checked my connection and all that ..does anyone know why? i have not even created a character yet so i cant make out a ticket.

I'm going to move this to Fiesta's Troubleshooting section since this is for website issues.

I'd suggest that you try checking your Firewall/Anti-virus, or anything else that could be blocking Fiesta.

If you still continue to have problems you can still submit a ticket. Instead of putting in your character name in the space for one, you can put in your SparkID. You may also want to search the Knowledge Base before you do so, incase there is a solution to your issue there.

You can also still email Support@Outspark.com. We just prefer people use the Ticketing system because of the knowledge base, and the fact that you can track tickets, and it's a bit more convenient to use.

ok thanks my bad i posted this in the wrong place. and iv tred shuting down my fire wall and i have AVG anti V would that interfear with my connecton, if so how do i fix it so i can connect?and still when the lancher comes up i put my email and PW in and after its done loading it says connection has failed.

Hey Bro Avg is like useless uninstall the stupid thing it will see many games as virus's and stuff best thing to do get rid off it and get Avast much better XD game should work fine
