for the past 20 minutes I manage to log on but after a few minutes of play the game freezes and no longer is responsive. This is quite a pain and I really want to keep playing WITHOUT getting the game all freezy. help?
and its not the graphics card or whatever. I've been playing this for a month or so with no problems. this has just started today.

Please keep in mind that probably only about 5-10% of the people who play FO actually come to the boards. Also, people may not respond because they don't have answers.
You also have the option to PM a GM/Admin with the questions.

well i was gonna nicely help till i read this so im gonna be blunt check your sound drivers as i found mine to be corrupt on the 3d side of it and it caused me a fatal error and dumped any sound related programs and also check that your hard drive and pf cache are clear as this will help in the lag area next lose the attitude because people will be less likely to try and help that being said good luck to you i hope you get to play again soon >>>>>HOWEVER GRAPHICS CARDS CAN GO OUT WITH OUT WARNING AND YOU MAY NEVER KNOW IT TILL YOU HAVE TO GET A NEW ONE SO DONT DISCOUNT THE GRAPHICS CARD OR THE GRAPHICS DRIVERS FOR THAT MATTER <<<<

I HAVE THE SAME problem.... you have to just reload your computer... for some resone when you move to a new field it carrys some of the info from last feild to the new one.
*and that ofcoures make the game frez.
**for some othere resone just quiteing the game and starting it back up dosn't work you have to reload your computer.
i don't know why every one blames the GRAPHICS CARD OR THE GRAPHICS DRIVERS, my graphics work just fine with WAY better graphics games.

You have a LONG outdated client. Download the new one. It'll install the proper client.

Thank you ToorimaKun. it turns out that yes restarting my computer fixed it. and by the by my graphics card is NEW.
