After having been in only one, uber fun guild in all of my days on fiesta, I decided to venture out on my own and start a new guild built on the great experiences I had in AntiHero and the principles I feel should be present in any good guild.
The most important aspect is building bonds of friendship. I feel that the members should like, appreciate, and respect one another, support one another, and strive to always build each other up. Loyalty to friends and guild are paramount.
Secondly we should all be having fun, all of the time. Fiesta is a game, we’re not here for drama and animosity. I think it’s important to be laughing and having a great time with people you like to be around.
Third is the spirit of competition. We are not an exhibition guild, we’re here and ready to war. We’ll have friendly wars with guilds we like, we’ll have grudge wars with guilds of which we’re far less fond. But we’ll ALWAYS have a good time doing it.
Fourthly is the willingness to only engage in fair and friendly play. Members should never engage in activities that reflect badly on your guild or your guild mates, like noob killing, mushy killing, ksing, leeching, begging for plvl or gifts, etc.
The only requirements for members is that they must be level 60 or higher, be skilled in their class, and be mindful of the aforementioned qualities expected of guild mates. A good sense of humor is definitely necessary to bear me day after day, too.
What do you get for being a member? If all goes well, you get all of the above. The only freebies anyone other than academy members can expect are those that are commonly given out between friends, so please don’t join if you’re expecting plvl, sc gifts, or +9 gears in return for your presence.
If you’re my friend and I have not invited you to join me in Sanzu-no-kawa it’s because I realize leaving an established guild for a noob guild with almost no members, no reputation, and under a guild master with no experience isn’t necessarily a tempting offer, haha. But anyone reading this who is game to the aforementioned requirements and standards is very welcome to join, friend or stranger.
